Boon Tong Kee is the Singapore chicken-rice chain whose Thai master franchise had grown to 42 branches nationwide by late 2024. The Central Ladprao branch is on the G floor, units G29-30, the same level as the MRT Phahon Yothin link. What separates it from Thai khao man gai is the original-recipe chicken, whose crisp skin comes from roasting rather than frying, served with a Singapore-style chilli sauce. Dishes recommended at the brand's other branches on Wongnai line up: the chicken rice, Boon Tong Kee fried tofu and stir-fried green beans with minced pork, with sweet and sour pork making some lists.
