Siam Paragon restaurants spread over three floors, and the first thing anyone standing at the BTS walkway needs to know is which one to head for. This list ranks eight places whose menus and prices are confirmed by public sources, gives the floor and zone for each, and maps the rest of the mall around them, from the G-floor food hall to the EATELIER zone that opened on the 4th floor in late 2025 and the Nextopia floor above it. It is written for visitors staying around Siam and for expats meeting friends at the mall, so the questions it answers are practical: where, what to order, and roughly what it costs. Ranking weighs Google rating and review volume, dishes named in published reviews, and editorial judgement.

Siam Paragon dining comes in three price levels. The food hall on G runs 80 to 250 baht a dish. Sit-down restaurants mostly land between 250 and 1,000 baht a head: Kampang’s original branch is 251 to 500 on Wongnai, a TANYU fish tray is around 370 baht for the table, and Mozza by Cocotte is 500 to 1,000. Occasion meals start near 900: Nabezo’s courses from 890 to 2,600, Sapparos’s khao chae at 890 to 1,590, and Wisdom’s buffet tiers at 940 to 3,530 baht net. BTS Siam, the interchange of the Sukhumvit and Silom lines, feeds the mall through exits 3 and 5 onto the M floor; drivers enter from Rama I Road.

Siam Paragon restaurants by floor: G, 4 and 5

The mall’s own Dine page groups food into zones rather than floors, which is why visitors get lost. All three “Gourmet” zones are on the G floor: Gourmet Garden (where Nabezo Premium sits), Gourmet Eats (TANYU) and Gourmet Market, the supermarket. The Paragon Food Hall is on G as well. That makes G the busiest floor and the right default, since it is one escalator down from where the BTS walkway lands.

The 4th floor splits in two. The older side holds the buffets and the long-running Thai seafood rooms, with Wisdom’s address in the Food Passage zone; EATELIER is the newer strip of chef-led and imported brands. The 5th and 5A floors, branded Nextopia, mix restaurants with a long run of cafés. TrueID’s floor-by-floor count gives 27 restaurants on G alone, against seven in the older part of the 4th floor, which tells you where most of the choice is.

Siam Paragon food hall and Gourmet Market (G floor)

Whether you call it the food hall or the Siam Paragon food court, it is one place: a large, quick option on the G floor next to Gourmet Market. A March 2025 comparison of Bangkok food courts by the Thailand with Monchai blog put Paragon at 80 to 250 baht a dish: higher than MBK (60 to 120) and Terminal 21’s Pier 21, about level with CentralWorld (100 to 250) and Siam Center’s Food Republic (80 to 200), and below EmQuartier’s food hall (120 to 300). The same writer calls Paragon’s hall a little more upscale but still workable on a range of budgets. Use it when a group cannot agree, or when you have 30 minutes between shops.

The G floor also carries the chain restaurants people fall back on. TrueID lists CoCo Ichibanya curry rice, The Bibimbab, Bankara Ramen, OTOYA and Veganerie, which is fully vegan, as well as JUMBO Seafood from Singapore and Four Seasons for roast duck. Those are useful if you already know them; none needs a booking.

4th floor: buffets, Food Passage and EATELIER

The older half of the floor is the one to choose for a long, unhurried meal. Besides Wisdom, TrueID’s floor list puts OISHI Grand on the 4th floor, a Japanese buffet with more than 200 items that opens at 11:00, alongside Katei Shabu’s shabu buffet and Sushiro, where you can book a table through its app before you arrive. Luk Kai Thong is the old-school Thai option, known for kung klet thong river prawns and a southern curry paste it grinds in-house, and Laem Charoen Seafood serves its fried sea bass with fish sauce.

EATELIER is the reason to come up if you have eaten at Paragon before. TrueID lists 15 names there, including Baan Ice for southern Thai: stir-fried prawns with shrimp paste and stink beans, and khanom jeen with crab curry. Louis Vanich Eatery is a dressier version of the Banthat Thong home-cooking shop, Tonkatsu Ginza Bairin is the Ginza tonkatsu house’s first Thai branch, Kaneko Hannosuke is a Japanese tempura shop known for its own batter and sauce, and Konjiki Hototogisu, a Japanese ramen brand, opened its first Thai shop here. FATT CHICKEN x SLIM PIG pairs Hainanese chicken rice with Hong Kong noodles, and Nuerkoo and Fah Pla Tan cover beef and fish noodles. Opening hours are 10:00 to 22:00 across the zone, except Ginza Bairin, which runs to 23:00.

New at Siam Paragon: Nextopia on the 5th floor

Nextopia is the floor to pick if you want a café as much as a meal. On the restaurant side, TrueID lists L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele, the Naples pizzeria that dates itself to 1870; Street Burger, the Gordon Ramsay burger brand from London; Shabu Baru for single-pot shabu with house-made soy; Henryfry, the fried-chicken shop that moved up from Charoen Krung; and Talayjai for modern Thai seafood. Tiew Copper Craft, boat noodles from the team behind the Copper buffet, stays open until midnight, two hours after the mall itself closes.

The café list is longer than the restaurant list: %Arabica from Kyoto, Kyo Roll En with Uji matcha, Nicolo from Phra Khanong with its espresso tiramisu, A Keen House from Sukhumvit Soi 40, and PICHE, which bills itself as Bangkok’s first tap wine bar. For a coffee crawl beyond the mall, see our guide to cafes in Bangkok.

Thai food at Siam Paragon for visitors

Paragon is an easy place to take visitors for Thai food: it is air-conditioned and they can reach it on the BTS without crossing a road. Two places on this list are worth the trip on their own. Sapparos on the 5th floor is the one for old Thai cooking: khao chae is rice in chilled jasmine-scented water served with small side dishes such as shrimp-paste balls and stuffed shallots, a dish Thai families associate with the hot season, and here it comes in three booked sittings a day. Kampang on the 4th floor is for guests who can take heat: Isan grilled meats, som tum, salted crab and pickled fish, with sticky rice.

TrueID’s G-floor list adds more sit-down Thai rooms, unranked here because no published menu prices cover them. NARA Thai Cuisine serves traditional Thai, Taling Pling covers kaeng som, tom yum and a run of chilli relishes, Rosniyom covers central, southern and Isan dishes plus khanom jeen, and ThongSmith makes premium boat noodles with Kurobuta pork. ZaoZen presses fresh khao pun rice noodles for Isan food in the Ubon Ratchathani style.

Buffets and shabu at Siam Paragon, by price

Shabu is the mall’s strongest category. Hitori Shabu on G is not a buffet: you order sets for one pot, sitting at a counter. Nabezo Premium is the step up, with Omi beef and wagyu courses and house-made udon and tofu; sources disagree on whether the Thai branches run courses or all-you-can-eat, so ask when you book. Shabu Baru on the 5th floor is another single-pot option, and Katei Shabu on the 4th is the buffet. For a full buffet, Wisdom’s five tiers are the only ones with prices published in full, and the clock starts at your booked round, so arrive ten minutes early. To compare with buffets elsewhere in the city, see buffets in Bangkok and hot pot in Bangkok; for omakase, tonkatsu and ramen outside the mall, Japanese restaurants in Bangkok picks up the rest.

Getting in from BTS Siam, opening hours and parking

From BTS Siam, take exit 3 or 5 and follow the walkway onto Paragon’s M floor. Go down one escalator for G, or take the central lifts up to 4 and 5. Siam Center and Siam Discovery join the same walkway, and the skywalk continues east towards CentralWorld. The mall opens 10:00 to 22:00. Cars enter from Rama I Road; a 2026 Chobrod article says the first two hours are free, with hourly fees after that.

For restaurants near Siam Paragon outside the mall, including the old shophouses on Siam Square Soi 9, see Siam restaurants. Along the skywalk, CentralWorld restaurants maps the next mall floor by floor, and the best restaurants in Bangkok covers the city beyond the malls.
