About

Kampang began as an Isan casual-dining restaurant on Chula Soi 16 off Banthat Thong Road, where it built a following before opening this branch in the EATELIER zone on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon. The mall's own guide calls it Kampang ISAN Casual Dining; Tatler Asia, writing about Paragon's restaurants in May 2026, lists it as Kampang Isan Artisan.

The food is northeastern: grilled meats, som tum, fermented flavours and sticky rice. Tatler describes the grilled pork neck as marinated overnight in fish sauce and palm sugar, and lists som tum, salted crab and pickled fish on the menu. At the Banthat Thong original, the grilled pork neck with jaew is the dish Wongnai members recommend most, followed by kot sua, a papaya salad made with thin rice noodles, and tom saep pork bone soup. A Lemon8 post covers a newer dish, pla ra yua talay duead, a large seafood plate built on pla ra.

TrueID reports the Paragon menu is longer than the original's, but no Paragon prices have been published; Wongnai puts the Banthat Thong branch at 251 to 500 baht a head. Open 10:00 to 22:00 with the mall. Google rating 4.6 from 557 reviews.
