Siam Restaurants: 22 Places to Eat Around Siam Square, Siam Paragon and CentralWorld
Siam restaurants ranked by zone: Siam Square sois, Siam Square One, Siam Paragon by floor, CentralWorld and Groove, cheap eats under 150 baht, BTS exits.
Siam is where Bangkok meets to eat, mostly because BTS Siam is the one interchange between the two Skytrain lines and five malls plus the Siam Square shophouse grid all sit within ten minutes’ walk of its exits. Siam restaurants therefore run from a 29-baht curry-rice plate on Siam Square Soi 10 to an 890-baht palace-style khao chae on Paragon’s 5th floor and a near-2,000-baht sashimi buffet on the 24th floor of the Centara Grand. This list has 22 places with menus and prices confirmed in public sources, split into four zones: Siam Square and Siam Square One, Siam Paragon by floor, CentralWorld and its Groove annex, and the Langsuan side by BTS Chit Lom. Ranking comes from Google rating and review volume, documented dishes and editorial judgement.
Budget in three bands. Shophouse sois and the Summer zone of Siam Square One: 60 to 150 baht a plate. Sit-down mall restaurants such as Jaguemsong, Kogoro Katsu or Mozza: 200 to 500 baht a head. Destination meals, whether a premium buffet, Omi beef shabu or a Michelin Guide room: 900 to 3,000 baht a head. Getting here: BTS Siam exits 2 and 4 drop you in Siam Square (exit 4 feeds Siam Square One directly), exits 3 and 5 lead into Siam Paragon and Siam Center, and the skywalk to CentralWorld takes about eight minutes, or get off one stop later at BTS Chit Lom.

Siam by zone: square, malls, CentralWorld
Think of the area as four zones. First, Siam Square itself, the Chulalongkorn-owned shophouse grid of Sois 1 to 11 on the south side of Rama I. The old shops Tonoak and Piranya are on Soi 9, Kogoro Katsu and Fam Time on Soi 7, and Soi 3 is the Korean strip where KORATA, a Thai restaurant rated 4.8 on Google, sits between tteokbokki shops. Second, Siam Square One, the big block at exit 4 whose restaurants cluster on the 4th and 5th floors. Third, Siam Paragon across Rama I, with restaurants on the G floor, the 4th and the new 5th-floor zone. Fourth, CentralWorld, a skywalk away at Ratchaprasong, with dining on floors 5, 6 and 7 and the Groove annex on the Ratchadamri side that stays open after the mall.
On money, Thairath’s 2026 Siam food guide puts the street side at 30 to 90 baht a plate and the mall side at a few hundred. Buffets cover every level, from Hongdae’s 299++ tier to NAMA at 1,499++ and up; our guide to buffets in Bangkok compares their time limits and net prices with the rest of the city.
Best restaurants in Siam Square (and Siam Square One)
Siam Square One connects straight to BTS Siam exit 4 and has a car park. Its best-known tenant is Jaguemsong on the 5th floor, rated 4.9 on Google from more than 3,400 reviews, with jajangmyeon at 220 baht and jjamppong at 260. Hongdae, the Korean barbecue buffet on the same floor, has over 6,000 reviews. Plearnpung on the 4th floor is the fast lunch. Grab’s list adds other tenants: Ohkajhu salads, White Flower Factory modern Thai, AKIYOSHI yakiniku and Karayama Japanese fried chicken on the 4th floor, while the lower floors are mostly dessert cafés such as Kyo Roll En on the 4th and Mori Dessert Bar on the 1st.
The shophouse grid is a different world. Only a handful of pre-redevelopment shops survive, and Tonoak on the 2nd floor of Soi 9 and Piranya opposite the Chula bookstore are the two that Time Out and Thairath both single out. Soi 7 has Kogoro Katsu upstairs, with its secret pear dip, and Fam Time rolling pasta at the front bar. Soi 3 is Korean, with Red Sun tteokbokki and the Thai restaurant KORATA, whose Wongnai menu photos show grilled river prawns and jasmine-rice congee. Soi 10 has Tha Siam boat noodles over two floors and the curry-rice shop Thairath prices from 29 baht.
Siam Paragon: which floor to eat on
Paragon spreads its restaurants over three levels, so it pays to know the floor before you go. The G floor is the largest and the first you reach from the BTS walkway; from this list it has Hitori Shabu (solo counter pots), Nabezo Premium (Omi beef shabu in the Gourmet Garden zone) and Mozza by Cocotte in room G31. The two shabu rooms are compared with the city’s buffets and mala pots in hot pot in Bangkok. ONESIAM’s directory lists more names on the same floor: ThongSmith boat noodles, Taling Pling, NARA, JUMBO Seafood and Tonchin Ramen. The Paragon Food Hall is also on G; it is a quick option, not a destination.
The 4th floor is the EATELIER zone the mall opened at the end of 2025 as part of a 1.25-billion-baht upgrade. From this list it has SOT, the Korean pot-rice specialist, and ONESIAM places Kampang Isan, MAGURO Kappou, Sushiro and Wisdom International Buffet on the same floor, Wisdom in the older Food Passage section. The 5th-floor NEXTOPIA zone holds Sapparos, where chef Sitrong serves khao chae in three daily sittings, and Sushi Seki. For room numbers, the food hall and the newer Nextopia floor, our Siam Paragon restaurants guide takes the mall floor by floor.
Siam Center and Siam Discovery restaurants
Siam Center, between Siam Square One and Paragon, is a fashion mall first, and its food is cafés and casual chains rather than destination restaurants. Grab’s Siam list places Pasta Ama, the Thai-style pasta shop from Ratchathewi, on the 2nd floor, alongside Baan Ying traditional Thai, On The Table’s Tokyo-style café on the 4th floor and Bonchon Korean fried chicken. Chillpainai’s café round-up adds Coffee Gallery on the G floor and Mr. Jones’ Orphanage milk bar on the 3rd. Siam Discovery next door has Flavor Lab desserts on the 3rd floor per ONESIAM. Treat these two malls as the place for coffee and a light plate between Siam Square and Paragon, and look at our cafes in Bangkok guide for the city-wide picture.
CentralWorld and Groove, a skywalk away
CentralWorld is not at the Siam junction, but the skywalk from BTS Siam reaches its doors in about eight minutes. The 7th floor has the deepest bench: Haidilao, open until 3am, and CO LIMITED’s beef-led Thai. MAGURO is on the 6th and Ginger Farm Kitchen on the 5th. Groove, the annex on the Ratchadamri side, is a bar-and-restaurant block that outlasts the mall’s closing time; Baannok City Edition on the 1st floor and Honoho Izakaya on the 2nd are the two on this list, and together they are the nearest thing to a bar street within walking distance of BTS Siam. Floors, room numbers and the food court are mapped in our guide to CentralWorld restaurants.
One junction further is BTS Chit Lom, where Copper Beyond Buffet occupies the 3rd floor of Gaysorn Amarin and Bisou, the modern French room in the 2026 Michelin Guide, sits on Soi Langsuan 9 two minutes from the station. Both are occasion meals rather than shopping-break meals; for the city’s other options at that level see fine dining in Bangkok and best restaurants in Bangkok.
Cheap eats in Siam under 150 THB
Cheap food near Siam is almost all outside the malls, in the sois Chulalongkorn students use. Thairath’s guide is specific: Inter on Soi 9, open since 1981, with ‘grandma’s fried rice’ at 85 baht and chicken curry rice at 82; the Food Plus alley beside Siam Square One, 40-plus stalls with special red pork and crispy pork rice at 50 baht; the curry-rice and mackerel shop on Soi 10 with tom yum noodles at 39 and rice plates from 29; and the Foodhubb court under the Chula bookstore, 600 seats and red pork rice at 40. For Siam street food in the drinks-and-sweets sense, SaleHere and Thairath point to Moma’s bubble tea on Soi 5 at 19 baht a cup and the pandan khanom krok stall on Soi 6, nine pieces for 50.
From this list, three places stay under 150 baht: Piranya’s 65-baht yen ta fo, Tonoak’s 70 to 90 baht rice plates, and Plearnpung’s 65 to 79 baht noodles and omelette rice, the only one of the three in air-conditioning inside a mall.
Thai restaurants near Siam for visitors
‘Siam Thai restaurants’ is mostly a cluster of business names worldwide, but visitors asking the real question have four good answers here. For old Siam Square cooking, Tonoak’s fifty-year-old family recipes upstairs on Soi 9. For a comfortable room with an English menu, Ginger Farm Kitchen on CentralWorld’s 5th floor for northern dishes without MSG, or CO LIMITED on the 7th if the table wants beef. For tradition done seriously, Sapparos on Paragon’s 5th floor serves a palace-style khao chae with nine side dishes, booking required. For regional food with a drink, Baannok City Edition in Groove does Korat-style pad mee and a Luang Prabang som tam until late. If the group is heading east afterwards, our Sukhumvit restaurants and Japanese restaurants in Bangkok guides pick up where this one stops.
Getting around Siam by BTS and parking
BTS Siam is the only station shared by the Sukhumvit and Silom lines. Exits 2 and 4 serve Siam Square, with exit 4 linked directly to Siam Square One; exits 3 and 5 lead into Siam Paragon and Siam Center. From the station’s concourse level the skywalk runs to CentralWorld without touching the street, and if you are bound for Gaysorn Amarin or Soi Langsuan, BTS Chit Lom is closer. BTS National Stadium serves MBK and the Banthat Thong side.
Drivers can park at Siam Square One, Siam Paragon and CentralWorld; parking validation rules vary by mall and restaurant, so ask when you order. The Siam Square sois have no parking of their own, and BTS Siam connects to every mall here without a road crossing. For a later night than Siam offers, ride one stop north to Ratchathewi.

By Google rating and review volume the leaders are Jaguemsong on Siam Square One's 5th floor (4.9, over 3,400 reviews), Haidilao on CentralWorld's 7th floor (4.8, over 6,600) and Hongdae barbecue buffet (4.8, over 6,000). Which Siam restaurants are open late?
Few run past midnight. Haidilao on CentralWorld's 7th floor is open until 3am, Bisou on Soi Langsuan 9 serves until 1am, and Honoho Izakaya in Groove is listed until 23:59 by Wongnai and 00:30 by Google. Restaurants inside Siam Square One and Siam Paragon follow mall hours, so for a later night ride one stop north to Ratchathewi.
Where is the best place to eat at Siam Square?
Soi 9 has the two old-timers: Tonoak's 2nd-floor rice shop with 70 to 90 baht plates and Piranya's 65-baht yen ta fo, which Time Out calls the best in the area. Soi 7 has Kogoro Katsu upstairs and Fam Time for homemade pasta. Soi 3 is the Korean strip with KORATA, the top-rated Thai spot on Google. Inside Siam Square One, Jaguemsong and Hongdae share the 5th floor and Plearnpung is on the 4th.
What is new in Siam in 2026?
Two Siam Paragon zones that opened at the end of 2025: EATELIER on the 4th floor, home to SOT and its Korean pot rice, and NEXTOPIA on the 5th, where Sapparos serves chef Sitrong's khao chae. What floor are the restaurants on at Siam Paragon?
Three floors. The G floor is the main restaurant level and the first one you reach from the BTS walkway; it holds Hitori Shabu, Nabezo Premium and Mozza by Cocotte. The 4th floor holds the EATELIER zone with SOT, plus the older Food Passage, home to Wisdom buffet. The 5th floor NEXTOPIA zone has Sapparos and Sushi Seki. Our Siam Paragon restaurants guide takes the mall floor by floor.

Yes, almost all of it outside the malls. From our list, Piranya (65 baht), Tonoak (70 to 90) and Plearnpung (65 to 79) all stay under 150 baht.

It depends on the register. For old Siam Square cooking, Tonoak's fifty-year-old recipes on Soi 9. For a comfortable sit-down with an English menu, Ginger Farm Kitchen on CentralWorld's 5th floor (northern Thai, no MSG) or CO LIMITED on the 7th for beef dishes. For palace-style tradition, Sapparos on Paragon's 5th floor serves khao chae in three daily sittings. For Korat regional food with drinks, Baannok City Edition in Groove.
