About

Nabezo Premium is a Japanese shabu-shabu and sukiyaki brand that arrived in Thailand at Central Embassy, added a Gaysorn Village branch in 2017 and now has a room on Siam Paragon's G floor (G20B1) in the Gourmet Garden zone, where Thairath says it serves A5 Omi beef and X-Wagyu. What separates it from mall shabu chains is the produce: house-made udon and tofu, Royal Project vegetables and Hokkaido taraba crab. The Standard's review of the brand's course menu lists three meat tiers for either the shabu or the sukiyaki course, Kurobuta pork at 890 baht, wagyu at 1,190 and Omi beef at 2,600, each opening with salmon-avocado tartare and beef tataki under sea urchin and closing with kamaage udon or ochazuke and a dessert; a la carte starts at 650 baht. One caveat: Nabezo in Japan is an all-you-can-eat brand, Matichon's headline calls the Thai version all-you-can-eat too, while the reviews describe courses, so ask which format applies before booking.
