About
Bisou is a modern French restaurant on Soi Langsuan 9, two minutes on foot from BTS Chit Lom, opened in 2024 by chef Antoine Darquin and sommelier Théo Lavergne and listed in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026, where the inspectors describe premium ingredients, a rare-wine cellar and a stylish but relaxed room with a spiral staircase and wall art. The menu on the restaurant's own site is built for sharing: black truffle French toast at 390 baht, wagyu beef tartare with potato chips and egg yolk at 590, then the signatures, a beef Wellington with foie gras at 2,990, a whole French pigeon with smoked eel at 2,650 and a salt-crust seabass flambéed at the table at 1,990. Dry-aged steaks from the wood fire are priced per 100 g, wagyu rib-eye at 950. All prices are before 10% service and 7% VAT, so plan on 1,500 to 3,500 baht a head with wine. Dinner only, 17:30 to 01:00 with last food orders at midnight; weekends book out about a week ahead, and valet parking is free.
