Red Sky is the rooftop restaurant on the 55th floor of the Centara Grand at CentralWorld, with its bar on the 56th and the CRU Champagne Bar higher again on the 59th; the hotel sits behind CentralWorld, reached by the Chit Lom skybridge or a five-minute walk from BTS Siam. The hotel's own page lists Red Sky and CRU both open 17:00 to 01:00, and CRU's pitch is Veuve Clicquot by the glass under the open sky. Hungry Hub sells the restaurant as International and Fusion with Wagyu beef and seafood, and its package prices give the best read on the bill: two dishes and a mocktail at 2,790 baht net, three dishes and a mocktail at 2,990, two dishes and two alcoholic drinks at 3,290, and sharing sets for two with wine from 8,490 to 11,400. The hotel's a-la-carte menu, dated October 2025, lists black-ink fagottelli filled with burrata at 990 baht, Glacier 51 snow fish at 1,955, Gundagai lamb at 1,950, steak frites with in-house dry-aged wagyu rib-eye at 1,995, Maine lobster spaghetti at 2,655 and the Surf and Turf, which Phuket 101 calls the signature, at 7,555, all plus 10% service and 7% VAT. Phuket 101 notes the 56th-floor bar takes walk-ins only and the dress code is smart casual with no shorts, singlets or flip-flops.
