About
SOT is a Korean hot-pot rice (sotbap) specialist that Siam Paragon presents as Bangkok's first traditional sotbap restaurant. It sits in the EATELIER zone on the 4th floor, the new dining strip the mall announced alongside its 1.25-billion-baht investment in Nextopia and MELAND and opened at the end of 2025. The menu is five hot-pot rice flavours built on five signature recipes, each served with five side dishes, a soft-boiled egg, miso soup and the house dipping sauce. The mall's editor's pick names two: the pork and mushroom sotbap, seasoned with house-made mat ganjang soy for a sweet-savoury balance, and the dakgalbi spicy chicken sotbap, marinated for a light smokiness and finished with a spicy homemade mayonnaise. The Korean way to eat it is to scoop the rice out, pour hot water over the crust left in the pot and drink it as a soup at the end. ONESIAM members can use ONESIAM Coin as a discount. Public sources do not give plate prices. Hours follow the mall, 10:00 to 22:00; Google 4.8 from 253 reviews. Small and new, but the one Korean option in Paragon that is not barbecue.
