About

Ginger Farm Kitchen is a northern Thai restaurant from Chiang Mai that grew out of an organic salad farm, opened its first branch at One Nimman in 2018 and is the sister of The House by Ginger. Chef Mos (Thanakrit), who grew up in Chiang Mai, runs the menu on farm vegetables and meat raised without growth hormones, and Time Out notes there is no MSG. The CentralWorld branch is on the 5th floor in the Urban Balance zone, room C505, open 10:00 to 22:00. The dishes the brand is known for, per Time Out's 2019 review of the True Digital Park branch, are the 'sam kleo' crispy pork belly, thick-cut and served with three dips and house pickled cucumber at 225 baht, pu ong (northern crab paste) with seasonal village greens at 135, and an organic long-eggplant salad with fresh prawns and quail eggs at 225. Wongnai reviews of the One Nimman branch name the crispy pork as the most praised plate, then the river-prawn pad Thai, at 251 to 500 baht a head. Those prices come from other branches and may differ here. The room is done in wicker lamps and wood lattice. Google 4.8 from 2,074 reviews.
