TANYU Grilled Fish Siam Paragon ถานอวี๋ (TANYU) ปลาย่าง สยามพารากอน

TANYU is a grilled-fish chain from Shenzhen, founded in 2013, and its first Thai branch is on the G floor of Siam Paragon in the Gourmet Eats food area near Gourmet Market; the brand dates the grand opening to 31 October 2025. A whole fish is grilled, then brought to the table in a tray of broth over a burner, and Lemon8 reviewers say one tray feeds two to four.

The flavours reviewers order most are the Sichuan pickled-mustard fish, a sour broth that is not very hot, and the fresh green chilli fish, sharp rather than numbing. There is a mala version with soft tofu, and one reviewer reports a tom yum flavour made for the Thai branch. On the side: cumin-dusted fried potato, skewers of squid, beef and crispy chicken skin, and red-bean sesame balls. Reviewers drop instant noodles into the leftover broth.

Wongnai's menu shows fish mains at around 370 baht, and one Lemon8 reviewer spent about 600 baht on a fish shared between two. Promotional sets come and go, so ask what is running, and expect service charge and VAT on top. Google rates it 4.8 from 308 reviews, while the few Wongnai reviews are lower and split on the spicing.
