Hitori Shabu is the Maguro Group's Kansai-style single-pot shabu bar: every seat at the counter has its own pot, so a solo diner gets the same meal as a group. Time Out describes the format as choosing a broth, classic shabu, sweet sukiyaki or truffle soup, then a set of meat and vegetables, with ice cream to finish.
