About

The Stone is Minor Food's first Japanese brand, and Central Pinklao has the first branch anywhere. It opened on 27 March 2026 in room 506 on the fifth floor, according to Marketing Oops. Google files it under ramen, but this is an udon shop.

Every bowl arrives in a heated stone pot. Minor Food says the hot stone lets it control the soup's temperature precisely, and pairs each noodle with its own soup. You choose from three noodles: thin, smooth Inaniwa; thick, chewy Sanuki; or Mochi Udon, extra thick and soft-chewy in the way mochi is. The soups leading the menu are spicy pork rib and kimchi with soft tofu. On the dry side there is a Sanuki carbonara and salt-fried chicken with spicy cheese. Seven side toppings are refilled free.

Bowls start at 139 baht, and Minor Food's stated target is an average bill of 300 baht. Google shows 4.8 from 424 reviews. Hours are 10:00 to 22:00 daily, and MRT Bang Yi Khan is about 1 km from the mall.
