Tichuca is the jungle-themed rooftop on the 46th floor of the T-One building at 8 Sukhumvit Soi 40, between BTS Thong Lo and Ekkamai; Phuket 101 measures it at about 320 metres from Thong Lo, and the venue's own FAQ says to get off there. The giant glowing tree on the terrace is in nearly every photo. Time Out says the crowd is younger and more dressed up than at the hotel rooftops, with DJs playing tropical house and dance music from sunset to a peak around 22:00. The rules come from the venue's FAQ: walk-ins only, no reservations, free entry, 20 or older. Thai guests need an original ID card, passport or driving licence and foreigners an original passport; copies, phone photos and in-app cards are refused, and bags are checked. Phuket 101 says the ground-floor check-in opens at 16:40 and numbers are called once, so listen. One Wongnai reviewer arrived at 18:30, found no free table and had to put a name down. Time Out puts cocktails at 400 to 500 baht plus service charge, a Wongnai member recommends the 360-baht mojito, and the food is snacks rather than a meal. The Rooftop Guide calls the dress code casual. Payment is by cash, card, QR or banking app. Parking is in the T-One building; a Wongnai reviewer says a 1,500-baht spend gets three hours stamped, then about 50 baht an hour. The venue says it opens at 17:00 daily and runs till late; guides list midnight, with 01:00 on Friday and Saturday.
