About

A Ramen sits on the 1st floor of Samyan Mitrtown, inside the mall's 24-hour zone, and never closes. It is a short walk along the underground link from MRT Sam Yan, which makes it the default bowl after a late shift, a night of exam revision or a night out around Chula. Time Out describes the crowd in exactly those terms: students cramming, regulars of many years and people coming home late.

The chain's hook is an order sheet styled like an exam paper. You tick boxes for spice level, broth richness and toppings, and the kitchen builds the bowl from your answers. Time Out found the broth rich and soothing and the noodles chewy, but the portions on the small side.

Prices on the brand's own website include VAT with no service charge. The original-recipe ramen and the "exam" ramen are 160 baht each, an A+ upsized bowl is 220 and the double-pork version 240. Gyoza and a side of chashu are 90 baht apiece, and a karaage rice bowl is 160. Budget 200 to 350 baht a head with a side. Google users rate the branch 4.7 from 1,474 reviews.
