About

A Ramen, known to locals as the exam-paper ramen shop, has a branch on the B floor of The Street Ratchada, a mall that never closes, and the shop itself runs 24 hours too. You order by ticking boxes on a sheet laid out like a school test, choosing noodles, broth and toppings; the website lists that build-your-own bowl as 160 baht, the same as the house original. Bigger appetites get the A+ upsized bowl at 220 or double pork at 240; lighter options are cold noodles and cold soba at 130, chashu rice bowls at 160 and karaage from 90, with solo sets from 240. Prices include VAT. The chain says it has 17 Bangkok branches, but this is the one people on Ratchadaphisek think of after midnight. Google rates it 4.4 from almost 1,900 reviews. It is about ten minutes on foot from MRT Thailand Cultural Centre, or park inside The Street.
