About
Bangkok Heightz is the Thai rooftop restaurant on the 39th floor of The Continent Hotel at 413 Sukhumvit Road, right on the Asok intersection and under five minutes from the BTS Asok exit. The hotel calls the cooking modern Thai and opens it daily from 17:00 to 02:00. Dishes the hotel features on its page include a khao soi sando, spicy tom yum with river prawn, tom yum dumplings, a baked rice clay pot, pan-seared salmon and tom kha kai. BK Magazine described the concept as Thai food that starts from street dishes and is replated for a hotel table, and quoted a lamb shank massaman at 690 baht, a deep-fried lobster in panang sauce at 1,400 and cocktails such as the Cha Yen and Tuk Tuk at 320 each; those are the magazine's prices and may have changed. A HappyCow reviewer reported a meal at about 1,250 baht and a 500-baht per person deposit for a window seat, deducted from the bill. Vegetarians should note a 21 January 2026 HappyCow review: after a menu revision, the only vegetarian main was a Thai green curry with eggplant, down from three, with spring rolls and nuts as the starters. Google rates it 4.8 from more than 3,300 reviews. The view runs along Sukhumvit and Asok in both directions, which is the main reason to come.
