Bar B Q Resort's Pinklao branch sits down Soi Borommaratchachonnani 2 in Bang Bamru, a few hundred metres from Central Pinklao, and it runs on a simple deal. Wongnai reviewers report 320 baht net per adult with no time limit, soft drinks and water included, and children under 100 cm eating free. Each extra grill costs 99 baht. The chain has been going since 2007, has seven branches around Bangkok, and sells itself on seafood at mookata prices.
The iced counter carries river prawns, oysters, scallops, crab and squid, next to beef flap, pork collar and bacon for the dome grill. A cooked-food line fills the gaps with glass noodles baked with prawns, som tam, fried chicken, fruit and ice cream.
Google shows 4.4 from more than 2,600 reviews; Wongnai is cooler at 3.7 from 65. The complaints are about consistency: one reviewer found the soft drinks gone at around 22:00, and others say some seafood is fresher than the rest, the crab for grilling in particular. Doors open at 16:00. There is a car park on site, which matters more than the train here: MRT Bang Yi Khan on the Blue Line is about a kilometre away.
