About

Chin Pan Sod is a pork-meatball stall on the Phahonyothin Road edge of Chatuchak Weekend Market. Funliday's 2026 market guide puts it in Section 5, facing the pavement, so you pass it on the walk in from BTS Mo Chit or MRT Chatuchak Park without going into the lanes. The meatballs are shaped by hand at the stall from pork. Wongnai reviewers say there is no flour in them, and several repeat that no MSG or preservatives go in; that is a claim made in reviews, not a test result. Reviewers describe the texture as soft and springy and say the stall works quickly, though it is popular enough to draw a short queue.

Prices quoted in Wongnai reviews: 35 baht for seven balls, 50 baht for 11, 100 baht for 23, 110 baht for half a kilo and 180 baht a kilo. There are two dipping sauces, a seafood sauce and a tamarind jaew, and regulars mix the two.

Google and Funliday both list Friday 15:00–20:00 and Saturday and Sunday 10:00–20:00. Google shows 4.9 from about 130 reviews. It is a snack to eat while walking, not a sit-down stop, and it also delivers through LINE MAN.
