Cielo is the rooftop on the 46th floor of the Sky Walk condominium in W District, the food-truck-and-bar block between Sukhumvit Soi 69 and 71, about three minutes on foot from BTS Phra Khanong according to the bar's own site (Thaizer says use exit 3). Because it sits on a residential tower rather than a hotel, you check in at the visitors' office downstairs and take the lift up, and the prices stay closer to a neighbourhood bar than a sky bar. Thaizer's review lists Singha at 120 baht, Heineken at 150, cocktails from 250 with the Thai mojito at 350, smoked salmon salad at 230, chicken wings at 190 and carbonara at 250, with 10 percent service and 7 percent VAT added; BK Magazine notes a happy hour Sunday to Thursday 17:30 to 19:00 on selected beers and seasonal cocktails, and Thaizer saw two-for-one cocktails between 18:00 and 20:00.
