About

Haidilao's Central Pinklao branch is on the 5th floor, through the Food Park zone at the far end of the mall. It follows the Chinese hot pot chain's usual format: à la carte, ordered on a tablet, with a self-serve sauce bar and drinks. The hours are what set it apart in Pinklao. Wongnai and Grab both list 10:00 to 03:00 daily, so a group can still sit down to a full meal after midnight.

Wongnai members pick the mala, mushroom and 'three friends' broths. The add-ins with the most votes are the hand-made shrimp paste balls, followed by kurobuta pork collar, duck intestine and tofu skin. Wongnai puts the spend at 501–1,000 baht a head, and one reviewer's 999-baht set (July 2025) included drinks but charged extra for the dipping sauce.

The waiting area gets as much attention as the food: snacks, drinks, ice cream, massage chairs and free manicures while you hold a queue number. One Wongnai reviewer walked in on a Monday evening and found no queue. Google shows 4.8 from more than 2,600 reviews.
