Kam's Roast is the Hong Kong roast-goose brand whose Wan Chai original, Kam's Roast Goose. The brand opened its first Thai branch at CentralWorld in early 2021 and this one on floor 1 of Mega Bangna in the Mega FoodWalk zone, units 1836 and 1838. The Standard describes the method: duck and goose marinated overnight in the house sauce, air-dried for a day, then roasted in a dedicated oven for thin crisp skin over juicy meat. The mall's guide names roast goose, roast duck and char siu; Khaosod reports the char siu rice at 220 baht at this branch. Time Out's prices from the CentralWorld opening in February 2021 put roast duck from about 350 baht a plate to 1,288 for a whole bird, crispy pork at 350 to 380 and honey pork belly at 380 to 420.
