Pier 21 is the food court on the 5th floor of Terminal 21 Asok, the San Francisco-themed level, and the cheapest way to eat in the building. A Lemon8 post from September 2023 listed tom yum noodles at 38 baht, crispy pork and roast duck on rice at 40, curry over rice at 28 and Vietnamese-style kuay jab at 28. A March 2025 post on the Thailand with Monchai blog recalls most plates costing under 65 baht and still rates it cheaper than 80 to 300 baht at the food halls of Siam Center, Siam Paragon, CentralWorld and EmQuartier.

Payment runs on a stored-value card. Load credit at the coupon counter first, because the stalls take neither cash nor credit cards, order at any counter, then cash out the unused balance before you leave. Hours are 10:00 to 22:00.

The mall directory lists the current line-up, including a vegetarian stall, Jok Chula rice porridge, Mae Sriwan Sukhothai noodles, Tai Heng chicken rice, St Louis pad thai and oyster omelette, and Nakhon Pathom braised pork leg. Travjoy puts the seating pinch at roughly 11:45 to 13:30 and 18:30 to 20:00; around 11:00 or after 20:30 a table comes quickly.
