SEEN is the rooftop restaurant and lounge on the 26th floor of the Avani+ Riverside on Charoen Nakhon Road, on the Thonburi bank where the river bends south of Saphan Taksin; the 27th-floor open-air bar above it became SIN in late 2024. The view looks back across the water at the Silom and Sathorn skyline with the river traffic underneath, and there are seats indoors and on an outdoor terrace.

The easiest way in is the hotel's free shuttle boat from Sathorn Pier at BTS Saphan Taksin, every half hour from 08:15 to 23:15, with the last boat back at 23:00; a boat also runs hourly from ICONSIAM between 12:25 and 20:25.

Thailand Magazine, which ate there in April 2026, describes cooking with Portuguese and Brazilian roots, Japanese technique and Asian produce, created by Olivier da Costa and run by chef de cuisine Carlos Rodriguez. The menu covers ceviche, maki, sashimi, oysters and wagyu, and the dishes it names include wagyu beef carpaccio, Black Angus beef cheek al tequila and Niwatori miso chicken. A Foodle review from August 2025 lists a nine-course Unforeseen Teaser menu at 3,290 baht++. Single-dish prices are not published; Thailand Magazine calls them accordingly steep, and the wine list runs up to bottles of about 50,000 baht.

Dress is casual chic: no sportswear, flip-flops, sleeveless tops or open shoes for men. Thailand Magazine gives the hours as 11:00 to midnight, while Google lists 01:00. Weekends fill up, so book and ask for a table at the balustrade. Google rates it 4.6 from more than 1,900 reviews.
