The Steak & More is Minor Food's budget steak brand. The first outlet opened at Central Westgate on 25 December 2024, and Minor counted five by September 2025. The Samyan Mitrtown branch is unit 1U003 on the 1st floor, and Google lists it open 10am to 11:30pm.

Brand Inside's launch report gives the prices: spicy chicken steak 129 baht, grilled fish steak 149, giant crispy chicken steak 169, pork chop steak 229 and a two-steak pairing 239. Squid-ink spaghetti with shrimp roe is 169. Brand Inside reads it as Minor's push into mass-market steak, and the sides are Thai as well as Western: som tam at 79 baht, larb gai and glass-noodle yam next to fries and mashed potato, from more than 20 sides in all, according to Minor. Mushroom cream soup and clam soup are 69 each, and Minor's launch release says meals come with refillable drinks and soft-serve ice cream.

Those are early-2025 launch prices, so check the menu board. Google users rate the Samyan branch 4.5 from 661 reviews, and most meals land between 129 and 300 baht a head.
