Bella Sera is the Italian restaurant on the second floor of the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit, at the mouth of Soi 13–15 between BTS Nana and Asok. Head chef Fabio Colautti has cooked Italian food for more than forty years, and the menu is pitched as Cucina di Mamma, recipes from his mother: homemade pizzas, pastas, risottos, soups, steaks, seafood and tiramisu. Masala Magazine Thailand names the Risotto Bella Sera, carnaroli rice with sausage, cured pork cheek, mushrooms and truffle, as the signature at 650 baht, with tagliolini with prawns and zucchini at 650 and chateaubriand at 590 baht per 100 g. Hotel promotion notices circulated by the foreign chambers of commerce list a set lunch at 490++ for two courses or 590++ for three.
