Côte by Mauro Colagreco occupies the second floor of Capella Bangkok on the river, on the Sathorn-district stretch of Charoen Krung. It belongs to Mauro Colagreco of the three-star Mirazur in France, with Mirazur alumnus Davide Garavaglia running the kitchen. The Michelin Guide Thailand 2026 gives it two stars, as did the 2025 guide, and describes Riviera cooking from both the French and Italian sides, Nice to Genoa, with menus that change every few months, a dining room overlooking the Chao Phraya, and both wine and alcohol-free pairings. The one published price is on Michelin's list of accessible starred tables: the four-course Esplanade lunch at 1,800++ baht; dinner pricing is not shown on the restaurant site. It opens Wednesday to Sunday, lunch 12:00 to 14:00 (last order 13:30) and dinner 18:00 to 22:00 (last order 20:30), closed Monday and Tuesday. Dress is smart casual with no shorts or flip-flops.
