About

Ginza Shabu-Ten is on floor 8 of EmQuartier's Helix Sky Dining, reached by walking in from BTS Phrom Phong and taking the Helix lifts. It is an à la carte shabu house from the Ten Dining group rather than a buffet. Wongnai puts it at 501 to 1,000 baht a head and most reviewers agree; the one price spelled out in reviews is Set B, 200 grams of sirloin at 750 baht before tax and service. Dishes reviewers recommend repeatedly are the Kurobuta pork special course, Hida beef, wagyu, the pork-and-beef mix set, the black-broth suki and the nettori tofu, which several say is a must. Reviews also mention an unagi rice bowl and a wagyu don for anyone who does not want to cook at the table. Google rates it 4.8 from about 790 reviews. Wongnai lists hours of 11:00 to 21:00 while Google shows 10:30 to 21:30. A few reviews place it on floor 6, which contradicts the listing's floor 8; check the Helix directory before riding up.
