About
La Dotta is chef Francesco Deiana's fresh-pasta trattoria, founded in 2017 and now based on Convent Road, where the pasta is rolled at the counter in view of the room. The Michelin Guide lists it (no award) and singles out saffron gnocchetti with baby lamb ragù under Pecorino Romano. When the Silom branch opened in 2021, BK Magazine logged truffle, sage and ricotta fried balls at 290 baht, a tagliatelle with 24-hour wagyu bolognese at 590 and duck-egg tagliolini at 390. A 2024 blog review put two-person bills at roughly 1,600 to 1,800 baht after the 10 percent service and 7 percent VAT, and said the weekday lunch set is the sharpest value, which Pearl's listing echoes. Hungry Hub gives hours of 11:00 to 22:00; Michelin lists 11:30 to 14:30 and 17:00 to 22:30. Capacity is about 20 seats, so call ahead. Weekend pasta classes run too. Google: 4.6 from 511 reviews.
