About

Cento opened in early 2024 inside a converted warehouse on Soi Sala Daeng 1/1, founded by Manuel Palacio with Ferran Tadeo running the kitchen. It calls itself a hospitality house and cooks Italian food without a regional agenda. Time Out gives it five stars and records two prices: pici, the hand-rolled Tuscan pasta, at 650 baht, and a grilled wagyu M6 flank steak with spring onion and beef jus at 1,280. Koktail Magazine mentions crudos, burrata with Chiang Mai tomatoes and clams in a white wine and nduja broth; the restaurant's own site adds hamachi with yuzu ponzu, grilled octopus and black truffle ravioli with egg and pecorino. The wine list runs past 200 labels, mostly Italian and old world, alongside classic Italian cocktails. It is dinner only, 17:30 to midnight daily, though Time Out lists a Sunday lunch sitting, so check. Google rates it 4.8 from 598 reviews, and it is the Italian place younger Silom diners talk about most right now. Book via SevenRooms or LINE @centobangkok.
