Thailaos Bar Grill, the Latin-script name on its Wongnai page (ไทยเลอ in Thai), is an all-you-can-eat moo kratha restaurant at the mouth of Soi Chan 22 on Chan Road in Sathorn district. Moo kratha is the Thai grill-and-hotpot combination: meat on the dome, broth in the moat around it. Lemon8 users describe a 90s Thai cafe theme with 90s music playing.

The owner's note on Wongnai sums up the formula: a house marinade for the meat, a broth made with coconut water and nine dipping sauces, plus single-plate dishes. Wongnai lists 41 to 80 seats, roadside parking, credit cards, and beer and spirits. One Wongnai review is headlined with the fact that staff will grill for you, and a Lemon8 user found the sauces a little sweet.

Prices move with promotions. In November 2024 Lemon8 users reported buffets from 229 baht, tiers of 299 and 399, and a 399-baht option with no time limit; an earlier post mentioned 199 baht plus a 79-baht grill fee per table. Ask which tier is running before you sit down.

No BTS or MRT station is within easy walking distance: BTS Surasak is about 1.5 km away in a straight line, so take a taxi or Grab. Hours differ by source: Google lists opening at 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 16:00 from Friday to Sunday, closing at midnight and at 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays; Wongnai's hours end about half an hour earlier, and a Lemon8 post gives 16:00 to midnight, 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
