Sancheck ICONSIAM ซันเช็ค ไอคอนสยาม

Sancheck is a Korean chain built on Japanese home cooking. In its own job listing the company calls itself Korean casual dining inspired by Japanese home food, with six directly run branches in Seoul and Bangkok. Prachachat reported in December 2022 that the sixth-floor ICONSIAM branch was its first in Thailand, and that the brand has a following among Korean celebrities. A menu for the branch dated August 2025 is posted online and describes Korean seasoning on Japanese technique.

The launch coverage named three signatures: salmon rolls, a rice bowl topped with crispy fried eel, and a sukiyaki hot pot. BK Magazine's listing adds wagyu dishes and a signature salmon roll set and says the chef is South Korean.

The sixth floor has several other Japanese and Korean restaurants, so Sancheck suits a table that wants Japanese food with Korean seasoning rather than a sushi counter.
