About
Tsuru Udon makes its own udon every day. The company started in Bangkok in 2021 with a shop on Sukhumvit Soi 36 near Thonglor, and this branch is on the 6th floor of CentralWorld in room B635. Bowls are large and come hot or cold, and you can choose thin or thick noodles; a July 2026 review on the Not Your Typical Tourist blog recommends thick for the most chew.
The same review lists prices from the original branch: hiyaten oroshi, cold udon with a tempura set, 360 baht; tsuke udon, chilled noodles with a hot dipping broth, 360; mentai cream udon 360, or 460 with salmon roe; sukiyaki udon 320; zaru udon 210; and an ebi tempura set with two large prawns at 290. Mall prices may differ. The noodles are boiled to order, so cold udon takes about 15 minutes and hot about 10.
The same blogger gave up on the weekday dinner queue at this small CentralWorld shop and ate at the Central Eastville branch instead. Hours are 11:00 to 21:00 (TrueID, Google). Google rating 4.5 from 637 reviews.
