etcha is chef Giacomo Primante's tasting-menu restaurant on the 7th floor of the Chatrium Grand Bangkok on Phetchaburi Road, about seven minutes on foot from BTS Siam exit 5 or ten from BTS Ratchathewi according to the hotel's Hotels.com listing. It is one of the three restaurants that received a first star in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2026, and its page on guide.michelin.com shows one star at the ฿฿฿ price band with a description of borderless dining that applies European technique to Thai produce; the dish Michelin singles out is Thai white asparagus with beurre blanc and white chocolate. The restaurant's own menu page lists two formats, etcha 180 at 3,750 baht for eight-plus courses and etcha 360 at 4,750 for eleven-plus, both plus 10 percent service and 7 percent VAT, with wine pairings from three glasses at 1,600 baht to six at 3,250. A full deposit is taken at booking and cancellations under 72 hours can forfeit it. Time Out's February 2025 review describes squid cut into pasta-like strands with pesto and caviar, and a lotus-flower mousse with sourdough ice cream and a Phuket-cocoa biscuit.
