Signature is chef Thierry Drapeau's French restaurant on the 11th floor of the VIE Hotel Bangkok, MGallery, on the corner of the Ratchathewi intersection and a couple of minutes on foot from BTS Ratchathewi. It holds one star in the Michelin Guide Thailand 2026. The Michelin page describes Drapeau's cuisine of the soil, developed from his Loire Valley roots, using imported herbs and edible flowers to sharpen classic French dishes, and calls the seasonal Flower Bouquet set menus good value for the level, served in an art-deco room with an open kitchen and with excellent service.

Tatler Asia reports that the restaurant seats only 20 a night, so it runs on reservations; hours are Tuesday to Sunday 18:00 to 23:30, closed Monday. No current menu price is published; the only figure found is an 8-course event dinner with wine pairing in September 2025 at 9,095 baht net, which is an event price rather than the regular one.
