Hitori Shabu (Central Rama 9) HITORI SHABU

Hitori means "alone" in Japanese, and the Maguro Group concept follows the name: Kansai-style shabu-shabu or sukiyaki served as a set for one, with every diner getting a personal pot. The group describes the room as quiet and relaxed, and Akita A5 wagyu is the beef it puts forward.

The Central Rama 9 branch is in Room B04 on Floor B1, below street level. MRT Phra Ram 9 connects to the mall by an underground tunnel. Neither the group site nor Google shows set prices for this branch. For a sense of cost, a Wongnai diner at the Chic Republic Ratchapruek branch photographed the menu in November 2025: a Wagyu Value Set at 395 baht and a Buta (pork) Value Set at 295 baht, each with broth, meat, vegetables, rice and ice cream, with 10% service charge and 7% VAT on top.
