Kabocha Sushi Bar's Central Rama 9 branch is on the B floor of the mall. The chain's website says its fish comes from Tokyo's Toyosu market and that every Japanese ingredient is checked to be free of contaminants. The recommended list on the site is almost all rice bowls: kaisen don at 737 baht, salmon saikyo don at 435, special otoro don at 710 and unagi don at 495, with the cheapest bowls being yakiniku don at 243 and katsu don at 290. GrabFood's September 2026 round-up of the mall adds smoked salmon sushi, cheese-baked salmon sushi and salmon sashimi. Google gives it 4.8 from nearly 800 reviews.

The branch page on the chain's site lists 11:30 to 21:00 every day, with last orders at 20:45. Grab's list has the same hours Monday to Thursday but a 22:00 close Friday to Sunday, so call 095-496-8618 before a late weekend visit. The mall connects to MRT Phra Ram 9 through an underground tunnel.
