About

Hua Seng Hong is a Chinese restaurant whose own website calls it a legendary Chinese restaurant of more than 70 years. The Central Rama 9 branch is in room 715 on the 7th floor. Google gives it 4.8 from more than 2,700 reviews; Wongnai has 3.9 from 163.

The company site leads with Peking duck, Hong Kong roast duck, fish maw and Hong Kong noodles, from a menu of more than 200 dishes. GrabFood's September 2026 round-up of the mall recommends large prawn har gow, barbecue pork buns, crispy deep-fried pork knuckle and scallops baked with glass noodles, and its 2025 Rama 9 list points to dim sum made fresh each day, such as har gow and pork siu mai, plus crispy-skin roast duck. Wongnai reviewers single out sea bass, stir-fried with sauce or with crispy holy basil.

A May 2025 reviewer found the room small and fairly busy, while two other 2025 reviewers found it quiet at weekday lunch and on a weekday evening. Wongnai puts spend at 251 to 500 baht a head, with some reviewers paying more. Hours differ by source: Google and Grab list 10:00 to 22:00 daily, Wongnai 10:30 to 20:30, so call 02-160-2484 before a late dinner. The mall connects to MRT Phra Ram 9 through an underground tunnel.
