Jones' Salad is a Thai salad chain whose own site sells fresh vegetables as everyday food: pesticide-free greens with house dressings. The Central Rama 9 branch is on the basement floor next to Matsumoto Kiyoshi, open 10:00 to 22:00 daily according to the chain's branch list, which gives MRT Phra Ram 9 as the nearest station.

The menu goes well past salad bowls. There are wraps (a whole salad rolled up), soups, sandwiches, rice bowls, spaghetti and steaks served with half a bowl of vegetables. Drinks matter as much as the food: smoothies are made with real fruit and no added sugar, and Time Out (October 2025) says drinks start at 99 baht and suggests the Cloud on the Farm blend of avocado, coconut, pineapple, banana and peanut butter. Prices photographed by a Wongnai diner at the Future Park Rangsit branch in October 2024 give a guide: a medium Mix and Match salad at 79 baht, a chicken breast steak with spinach and truffle sauce at 199 baht and a pork collar steak at 229 baht.
