Mercy Republic calls itself a vegan hip hop restaurant: a plant-based Thai-fusion kitchen on Sukhumvit Road (120/17, Khlong Toei Nuea) with hip hop artists on the walls. The founders describe it as built on four kinds of compassion, for animals, health, people and the environment. Blog reviews describe mushroom croquettes, peanut-chilli tofu, a vegan Thai "chicken" curry, mushroom pad krapow, a Beyond burger, a northern-Thai-sausage pizza, enoki tempura, enoki pad thai and a tonkatsu curry, plus vegan wine and cocktails. Google shows 4.8 from more than 1,300 reviews.

Hours do not agree between sources. Google lists 11:00 to midnight daily; HappyCow, last updated in August 2025, gives the same 11:00 to midnight with the kitchen closing at 23:30 but also says closed Monday, so check before a Monday visit. Book through LINE Official or on the number on the website, and order delivery via LINE MAN and Grab. Prices are not published on the website, so no per-head figure is given here.
