Its page on guide.michelin.com shows one star and describes Peruvian executive chef Evens López staying true to French fine dining while working Southeast Asian ingredients and Mediterranean touches into the menu, with a seasonal Delight Collection of small desserts to finish. Michelin itself lists Blue in its article on the least expensive starred restaurants in Bangkok (updated May 2026) for a five-course lunch at 2,550++ baht. The Spring Menu 2026 press release (June 2026) quotes a three-course Business Lunch at 2,950 baht, the five-course Découverte at 6,500 and the seven-course Voyage at 8,500. The restaurant site takes bookings through SevenRooms and has two private rooms, Bronze for six and Pink for eight to ten. Michelin lists dinner every night from 18:00 to 20:30 and lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 every day except Tuesday and Wednesday. Arrive by the BTS Gold Line to Charoen Nakhon or the ICONSIAM shuttle boat from Sathorn Pier.
