About

GOAT occupies a Sino-Portuguese townhouse at 12 Soi Ekkamai 10 Lane 2, opened in late 2020 by chef-owner Tan (Parkorn Kosiyabong), who trained in a three-Michelin-star kitchen. The current Michelin Guide page gives it One Star, and a Michelin press release from December 2025 states the star in both the 2025 and 2026 editions plus a new Green Star in 2026. The inspectors' line: elements of Thai, Chinese and Western cuisines brought together in a Thai seasonal concept. The restaurant's site says it has sourced 100 percent Thai ingredients since 2024, grows 16 plants on the roof, and makes its own miso, soy sauce and sathor rice wine under a zero-waste approach. Roadbook lists the tasting menu at 13 courses for 4,590 baht, with house-fermented non-alcoholic drinks paired to each course. Michelin gives hours as Wednesday to Sunday 18:00 to 22:00 and the top price tier. It sits in a narrow side lane, so KTC advises asking about parking. Reservations are essential.
