Best for Hotel dim sum by the river; family occasions
About
Yu Ting Yuan is the Cantonese restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, at 300/1 Charoen Krung Road in Yan Nawa, a short way south of Saphan Taksin. The Michelin Guide's own site called it the first and only Cantonese restaurant in Thailand with one star in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2022, and a September 2023 article there still described it as a 2023 one-star restaurant. Its Michelin Guide page, checked in October 2026, shows no star, and the hotel's July 2026 release calls it Michelin-recommended, so treat it as a guide-listed room without a star today. Michelin describes a lavish space with expansive windows onto a reflecting pool, a chef who takes a modern approach with Thai touches, and tasting, a la carte and lunchtime dim sum menus. The July 2026 release introduced a weekday dim sum set lunch by dim sum chef Zhao Yan, Monday to Friday 11:30 to 14:30 at 1,500++ baht per person with free-flow tea, and a daily Signature Dim Sum Lunch at 1,950++. Hours are 11:30 to 14:30 and 18:00 to 22:30 daily. Google rates it 4.5 from 279 reviews. This is the hotel answer to Chinese food on Charoen Krung; the shophouse answers are Prachak and Talat Noi.
