About

INDDEE is the modern Indian tasting-menu restaurant in a century-old house at 68/1 Soi Langsuan, about ten minutes on foot from BTS Chit Lom. In the Michelin Guide Thailand 2026 it was promoted from one star to two, and its page on guide.michelin.com shows two stars with a description of a roughly ten-course menu that moves region by region across India: a Goan carabinero finished at the table, and a patra made with Hokkaido scallops that reflects head chef Sachin Poojary's years in Japanese kitchens. The Standard's August 2025 piece names courses such as Paris Love Affair, a Gujarati-style steamed egg, and Odd One Out, a butter, garlic and pepper crab made with Hokkaido crab. Time Out's July 2026 listing gives the post-promotion prices: the 10 Destination Journey at 6,700++ baht and the fully plant-based Vegetable Journey at 5,800++, with four pairing options from a 2,600++ zero-alcohol flight to a 4,700++ wine pairing. Open daily 17:30 to 23:30, with valet parking and counter seats facing the open kitchen.
